2010 Brew Crew Volunteer Registration Form

April 9th - 10th, 2010


Volunteers must complete a form each year. You will be contacted directly by your area leader prior to the orientation date. Token Sellers ~ All positions filled - thank you
Token Bucket Pick ups ~ All positions filled - thank you
Admission Ticket Distributors ~ All positions filled - thank you
Front Entrance Greeters ~ collect ticket and provide souvenir glass (requires standing/dress warm)
Brewer Assistants ~ All positions filled - thank you
Floor Operations ~ keg, ice, water, sample pail delivery and removal (requires lifting)
Brew Crew Services ~ All positions filled - thank you
Pre-Event Set-up ~ assist with the operations crew prior to event (Fri 11am - 4pm) (requires lifting)
Post-Event Take Down ~ assist with the operations crew at the end of the event (Sat 6pm - 9pm) (requires lifting)



Brew Crew Members are welcome to work more than one shift. Brew Crew are required to work a minimum of one (1) full shift. Please show up 15 minutes before your shift.

Shift #3 ~ Saturday 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

ALL Brew Crew members are required to attend the Mandatory Orientation on Tuesday, April 6th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Day's Inn Conference Centre - 152 Riverside Drive. The Orientation format this year will be start with a group introduction and overview, then each area of responsibility will breakout into detailed orientation sessions.
